
Meet Liz
After over 2 decades as a stay at home mom of 4 and fitness enthusiast, Liz turned her passion for health and wellness into a career. A 200 Hr Yoga, Barre, Group Fitness and Active Aging Instructor, certified Personal Trainer, as well as an Institute for Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, and mindbodygreen Functional Nutrition Coach, Liz loves to help motivate and inspire those who are on their own health and wellness journey.
Mid-life has given Liz incredible opportunities for continued learning and growth. Although she enjoys working with adults of all ages, she has found helping older students meet their health and wellness goals more meaningful than she could have ever possibly imagined.
Her teaching focuses on the functional movement principles of balance, strength, mobility, flexibility, mindfulness, cognitive capability, cardio and pulmonary capacity that enhance her student’s abilities to move with greater confidence and ease through their daily lives.
